Industrial Hardened Terminal:
Easy-to-read solid-state Interface Terminal has a 5.25" x
1/5" display area, durable soft-touch keypad and is NEMA 4 wash-down
qualified.
The terminal can display multiple test sizes, bold, blinking and inverse
video on multiple lines.
User Friendly Interface: The full menu driven interface
directs the operator with clear, descriptive messages in plain English.
Speed and Acceleration are programmed as one parameter which is a percentage
of the feeds capability. 100% is full capability of the feed, 1%
is the slowest the feed will move.
Set-Up mode allows the operator to jog the material exactly one feed-length,
then waits for the press to single stroke before allowing another fee-length
to be jogged. This feature allows for easier threading of complex
multi-station dies.
Job Storage: 99 job setups to be stored and recalled
at a touch of a button.
The optional Part Batching Job Storage allows multiple feed-lengths to
be stored in each job. Example: Part number 1 could be (five) 0.25"
progressions then (two) 1.000" progressions followed by (thirty)
0.050" progressions.
Batch Counting: Program in the number of parts you want
to make and the feed will top-stop the press when that many parts are
made.
RS-232 Interface Capabilities: Allows interfacing
to other industrial press devices such as PLS/Die-Monitors.
Advanced Feed-Angle Monitoring: Continually monitors
the feed-angle and the material position. The feed will E-stop the
press if feed-rolls are not in position when the feed-angle is complete.
Password Protection: Prevents operators from accidentally
changing crucial feed parameters.
Brushless AC Motor Technology: Zero maintenance
brushless motors offer outstanding performance and reliability.
Pendent Mounted Jog Control: Facilitates threading of
material through the die.
Programmable Limit Switch: Feed set up is enhanced by
mounting an electronic PLS in the feed console. This will allow
the operator to easily adjust press to feed timing, feed angle, and roll
release timing.
