Enhanced Upload/Download Features
| The Vamco Quantum controller utilizes industry standard floppy
disk drives for enhanced uploading and downloading capabilities.
Part information can be programmed off-line and then downloaded
to the Quantum controller. Part information can also be
transferred from one Quantum controller to another, allowing the
stamper ultimate flexibility.
Logged press and feed run-time data can be transferred via floppy drive, to allow centralized monitoring of pressroom productivity. Complete signature analysis of the sampling process is available for desktop analysis and can be easily transferred via mail or modem to Vamco support engineers for further analysis. |
